Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Lee Janecek, Karla and John Kopasz, Nicki Kubat, Tami and Doug Mason; grandchildren, Zachary, Ben and Hannah Janecek, Zeb, Beau, Kelsy and Brett Kopzsz, Sophia Mason; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Karol Kubat; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Monday, 11:00 a.m., West Center Chapel. Inurnment, Calvary. Memorials to National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The family will receive friends Sunday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel.
