Bernice O. Dozier, age 90, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Longview Care Center in Missouri Valley. She was born on September 18, 1920 in Missouri Valley to Fred LeRoy and Eva Eunice (Smith) Wall. Bernice married James L. Dozier on June 18, 1951 in Missouri Valley. To this union, they were blessed with three sons. Bernice was a member of the Remnant Church. She was a housecleaner. Bernice enjoyed flowers and bird watching. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, husband James and her sister, Dorothy Pitt. Survivors include her sons: James Robert Dozier and wife Patty, Richard Linn Dozier and wife Myrna, William Fredrick Dozier; and sister Jacquelyn Wall all of Missouri Valley. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hennessey-Aman Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
