FLYNN, Carol Ann, Jul 25, 1944 – Nov 5, 2010. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Although Carol passed away after a courageous 3-year battle with cancer, she never let it get her down. During those 3 years Carol continued to enjoy life to its fullest. She enjoyed her lakefront home, traveled, and even spent time at her favorite casinos. We will all miss her but will never forget that smile. Preceded in death by husband, Michael R. Flynn; brother, James Jim Drilling. Survived by sons and spouses, Patrick and Nancy Flynn, Matthew and Mary Flynn, Mitchell and Sara Flynn; 8 grandchildren: Jessica Stevens, Katie Flynn, Casey Flynn, Ryan Flynn, Michael Flynn, Drew Flynn, Alex Flynn and Mikkayla Flynn; 2 brothers, Robert “Bob” Drilling, Laurence “Larry” Drilling; 2 sisters, Elsie Souder, Alice Werkmeister; special friend, Charles Jake Weber. VISITATION begins 4pm Tuesday with VIGIL SERVICE to follow at 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Wednesday, 10am, from the Chapel to St. Thomas More Catholic Church for MASS at 10:30am. Interment Calvary. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, Boys Town or Creighton Prep.
