BALL, David John Aug 24, 1966 Jan 20, 2014 David John Ball passed from our lives at a young age of 47. Born and raised in Palmer, Iowa, David moved to Omaha after graduating from high school. David loved the outdoors, whether it be hunting, doing yard work or foraging for Morel mushrooms He was a generous person, always willing to help anyone in need. Everyone who knew David agreed that he could always make them laugh. Although he will be missed dearly, he will live in our hearts always. David was preceded in death by his mother, Delores Ball; grandparents, Joseph and Dorothea Lampe and Roy Ball; and cousins. He is survived by his daughter, Davie Jean Ball; father, John Ball; sister, Michelle Canada (Dennis, Sr.); brother, Alan Ball (Jane); sister, DeAnn Ball; nephews, John Canada and Dennis Canada, Jr.; many family and friends. The family will receive friends Friday, January 24th from 1pm to 2pm followed by SERVICES at 2pm at the West Center Chapel. Additional services and interment will be held in Palmer, Iowa at a later date. Memorials will be directed by the family.
