BELITZ, Dr. John F., Sr. Jack Dec 22, 1933 Jan 2, 2013 Beloved husband, father, grandfather, dentist, entertainer and friend. He will be missed by all. After serving in the Air Force, Jack opened up a dental practice which he served for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by infant sons Jerome, Justinian and Jeffrey; parents John T. and Helen Belitz; brother Jim Belitz. Survived by wife Joanie, son Dr. John F. Jack Belitz Jr.; daughters: Dr. Judi Belitz, Dr. Janine Belitz, Jaime (Michael) Degan and Jana (Ryan) Rhodes; grandchildren: Kaitlin, Kristin and Kati Belitz, Chloe, Clare and Collin Degan, Aidan, Avary and Ashton Rhodes; brothers Rev. Justin Belitz OFM of Indianapolis, IN and Joe (Helen) Belitz of Lawrence, IN. The family will receive friends Thursday January 3 from 5-7pm with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Friday January 4 at 10am at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. Interment, St. John Cemetery in Bellevue with military rites by Millard American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334. Memorials are suggested to St. Robert Bellarmine Church or may be directed to the family.
