CLEARY—Eva Mae (Hastings), age 68 years of Omaha, died Fri. 12/30/05 in Omaha. She was born 5/1/37 in Meadville, MO. to Tommy C. and Maud M. (DeVaul) Hastings. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was survived by her husband, Paul; son, Thomas P. and Bob J. and wife, Susie (Mardrigal), Michael F. and fiancee Wendy Welshinger; daughter, Ruth A. Hoffman, Theresa. M. and husband, Gail Bair, Colette M. Cleary; grandchildren, Adam and Eric Hoffman, Kristina, Derek and Chrystal Thorpen; Caitlin, Patrick and Ryan Cleary; Matthew Bair, Bremt McVickers; step grandchildren, Anthony, David and Robert Madrigal and Jen Behrendt; eleven step great grandchidren, all of Omaha. Sister, Mary A. and husband Eldon Christensen of Columbus; brothers, Tommy C. and wife JoAnn of Columbus, Geary R. of Richland, NE, David L. and wife Vicky of Austin, TX, Allen D. and wife Jeanette of Belgrade, NE, Richard N. and wife Cindy of Columbus, Danny K. and wife Carol of Schuyler; sister-in-law, Madeline Nichols of Fort Madison, IA; and very many nieces and nephews. Graduated from Columbus High. Graduated from Bellevue University. She will be remembered thru her good works with Campfire Girls, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, South Omaha Little League Baseball, St. Bridget’s Church and Toastmasters International.
