PARR, Frances J. Joyce Feb 15, 1928 Nov 21, 2013 Retired from OPPD after 20 years. Preceded in death by daughter, Patricia Peters; grandson, Mark R. McClanahan; mother, Nellie Watson; grandmother, Emma OBrien; aunt and uncle, Margaret and Eugene Kennelly. Survived by daughters: Mary (Dave) McClanahan, Tammy (John), and Kathleen Baker; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; beloved dogs, Max and Nonie. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 24th from 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, November 25th at 10:30am at the West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to the family.
