Preceded in death by wife, Emily; daughter, Carol Kaiser; parents, Leland and Mary Ann Homan. Survived by children: Allen (Laurie), Sherry McDaniel (Darrell), and Scott (Randi); 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Meier (John) and Margie Stevens (Mike); brother, Thomas (Theresa); son-in-law, Tony Kaiser; numerous nieces and nephews.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE Monday, February 13th, 12:00 noon at the Vinton Street Chapel, 2466 So. 16th Street. Memorials may be directed to the family.

I deeply regret never getting the chance to meet you. You raised a wonderful daughter, who in turn raised a wonderful daughter, with whom I plan to spend the rest of my life. I’ll bask in your legacy through my mother-in-law and my wife, both of whom mean the world to me.
No words can express how we feel about losing Gary. Not only was he a brother and brother-in-law but someone who was always there for us when we needed help with something. He was a great friend too. We had so many wonderful times together. He is now with his love Emily, and daughter Carol. We were all so very lucky to have Gary in our lives and he will be truly missed by everyone. I have so many happy memories of Uncle Gary and I will cherish them forever! From the rides he gave me on his cool Harley to having a cold one and just reminiscing in Grams back yard. May he Rest In Peace. He will forever hold a special place in my heart.
