Stratman, Gerald J. Jerry, Jun 19, 1960 Dec 16, 2010. Entered eternal life after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by father, Walter J. Stratman. Survived by wife, Nora Stratman; 3 sons: Kevin Stratman, Mark Stratman and Paul Stratman; mother, Arlene J. Stratman; 3 sisters and brothers-in-law: Sharon and Rick Kral of Clive, IA, Kathy and Bill Clavin, Eileen and Tom Kelly, all of Omaha; 6 nieces: Lisa Kral, Lindsay Kral, Katie Clavin, Samantha Kelly, Sara Kelly and Carly Kelly; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A graduate of Creighton Prep, Jerry began a career in finance after graduating from Creighton University. He started with Kirkpatrick Pettis, and most recently was with RBC Wealth Management. He relished many things in life, especially hunting and fishing with his sons, spending time with friends, and building up his home and family with Nora. VISITATION begins at 5pm Monday at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, 15353 Pacific, with VIGIL SERVICE to follow at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Tuesday, 10:30am at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, memorials are suggested to Creighton Prep.
