Survived by children and spouses: Rick and Phoebe Sandel of LaVista, NE, Cheri Kelly, Stuart “Porker” and Janice Sandel, all of Omaha, Cindy and Larry Edwards of Gravity, IA, Suzan and Richard Case of LaVista, Sandi and Patrick Pulte of Omaha; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers: James, Donald and Howard; sisters: Kathleen, Rita, Joann, and Lynn; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Vigil Service Sunday, 3:00 p.m., West Center Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, 10:30 a.m., St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery with full military honors by Benson V.F.W. Post 2503. Visitation from 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the West Center Chapel, and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
