PENA, Kathleen Wojtkiewicz-Barrientos Feb 2, 1939 Jul 21, 2014 Retired from the VA Hospital in Omaha. Born February 1, 1939 and went to join the Lord God on July 21, 2014 at home in Elizabethtown, KY. She spent the first 72 years of her life in Omaha. Preceded in death by parents, Anton and Catherine Wojtkiewicz; brother, Lawrence Wojtkiewicz; granddaughter, Magenta Jane Pena; and first husband, Robert Barrientos. She is survived by her children: Jean Warren (Noel), Eric Korus (Suzanne), Alfredo Pena (Jen), and Douglas Barrientos (Anne); 16 grandchildren; siblings: Teresa Lassek (Eugene), Janet Reda, Edward Wojtkiewicz, Jean Handler (Larry), Mary Holmes (Rob), Marcy Murphy, and Joan Wojtkiewicz; many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 26th from 11am to 12noon at the Vinton Street Chapel. ROSARY Saturday, 12noon at the Vinton Street Chapel, followed by Graveside Service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Hosparus of Central Kentucky or St. Christopher Catholic Church Youth Group in Radcliff, KY.
