Edward W. Larsen May 3, 1918 – Oct 15, 2016 An Army Air Corps veteran, Ed was a flight engineer in the 2nd Air Division, 458 Bomb Group, 754th Bomb Squadron, flying 35 missions during WWII. He owned and operated the Ed Larsen Insurance Agency; in retirement he donated his time to American Legion Post #1 and Freedom Park. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Carmelita Carm Larsen; daughters, Candy Larsen-Ishii and Linda Larsen Kucera (Terry); son, Dennis Larsen (Sharon); four grandchildren: Cory Larsen, Carey Moore (Tim), Shane Larsen (Kari), and Courtney Glover (Shane); nine great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 18th from 5pm to 7pm at the Bel Air Chapel. SERVICES Wednesday, October 19th at 11am, Bel Air Chapel. Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post #1. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimers Association or Nebraska Humane Society.
