Thomas A. Ludwick June 18, 1921 – August 10, 2015 Preceded in death by wife, Margaret Ludwick. Survived by children: Thomas l. Ludwick (Cynthia), Terri Steinmetz (Mark), Lynne Hines (Craig), and Jean Jetter; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Allen Ludwick (Jan); nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 16th, from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, August 17th at 11am at the West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimers Association.
