EASTWOODMadonna Rose, 78, Woodbine, IA, died 1/20/06 at Rose Vista Nursing Home. Donna was born 5/18/27 in Dunlap, IA to Edmund and Ethel (Howe) McCann. Madonna graduated from St. Cecelia’s Cathedral High School in 1945 and worked in Omaha and Denver, CO. She was employed with the Social Security Administration until her retirement in 1992. Madonna was a long time resident of Missouri Valley and moved to Council Bluffs due to her health. Madonna loved traveling, shopping and being with her family and friends. Madonna was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Ethel McCann; Sanford Eastwood; grandson, James Eastwood. Survivors include children, Diane and husband, Wayne Thomas, Missouri Valley, Tim and wife, Peggy Eastwood, Blair, Kelly and wife, Tiffany Eastwood, Arlington, NE, Tracy Rushlau and friend, Brandon, Omaha, Jean and husband, Jan Schulke, Fremont and Mary Eastwood, Austin, TX; grandchildren, Theresa, Elizabeth, Mary, Michael, Heather, Nicholas, Alicia, Sara, Jax and Hunter; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Haylie, Dillon and Mason; brothers, Phil McCann, Woodbine, IA, James and wife, Ann McCann, Omaha, David and wife, Ethel McCann, Council Bluffs; sister, Patricia Worthman, Concord, CA; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services 10:30 am Wed., 1/25/06, St. Patrick’s Church, Council Bluffs. Interment will be at a later date in Omaha.
