Survived by husband, Leo J. Czyz; children and spouses: Carri Ann and Richard Owens of Omaha, Douglas and Deborah Czyz of Papillion, NE, Leslie and Alan Skradis of Pella, IA, Ben and Jennifer Czyz of Omaha; grandchildren: James, Taylor, Lauren, Meghan, Andrew, Emily, Jake, Cole, Margaret, Will, Aidan and Claire; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends. VIGIL SERVICE Sunday, 6:30 p.m., West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Monday, 10:00 a.m., St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary. Memorials will be directed by the family. VISITATION from 12:00 noon Sunday at the West Center Chapel, and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen the Martyr Church. The family will receive friends Sunday, 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the West Center Chapel.
