Hurlbert-McAlevy and husband, Dr. Merle McAlevy; 6 grandchildren: Mary Beth, Katie, Suzie, Stephanie, Molly and Sami; great-grandson, Zachary; brother, William Kastner and wife, Lea; sister, Ardell Haas and husband, Harold; nieces and nephews.
