Survived by children, Duane Stokes, Gary Stokes, both of Bellevue; James’ children, Barbara, Cathy and J. B.; sister, Kay Gaddis, Texarkana, TX; brothers, Wilbur Harmon, Austin, TX, Kenneth Harmon, San Antonio, TX; 2 grandchildren, Brook and Brittney Stokes.
