Survived by loving, devoted husband, Patrick Smart, Sr.; caring, loving daughters and sons-in-law, Machele and Mike Baratta, Marcia and Mark Dethlefs; caring, loving sons and daughters-in-law, Patrick, Jr. and Brandy, Philip and Angie; Auntie Jeannie; brothers and spouses, Gene and Sue Kozol, Paul and Wally Kozol; sister and spouse, Barb and Mike Morse; sister-in-law, Vicki Kozol; brothers-in-law and spouses: Mike and Becky Smart, Steve and Colleen Smart; sisters-in-law and spouses, Mona and Jim Orr, Cheri Thomas, Connie Scarpello, Shirley and Daryl Cyr, Mary and Gordy Headly, Peggy and Pete Prine.
