HOFFMaureen Dally, 73, of Omaha, lost her courageous battle with cancer on 9/1/05. Born in Garrison, ND to Harold and Bernice Dally in 1932, she graduated from high school in Beuhlah, ND in 1950 and received her accounting degree from Bellevue College, Bellevue. Maureen married Richard Hoff in 1952, becoming an Air Force wife. Besides her focus on raising her family, she enjoyed living in many Air Force locations and the friendships that resulted through the years. She retired from a career in civil service after 30 years with her last position as a contracting officer in Las Vegas, NV. She was an active member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for 35 years. Maureen touched many lives with her kindness, love and genorosity of her time. Her enduring concern for others was known to many. She is remembered as a vibrant, thoughtful, and ever-caring wife, mother and friend. Maureen is survived by her husband, Richard P. Hoff Sr.; son, Richard P. Hoff Jr., daughter-in-law, Rynha and granddaughter, Alison, Sanger, CA; daughters, Laurie Hoff, Albany, NY, Terri Greenwood and granddaughters, Michelle and Kaylee, Papillion. A Memorial Service will be held on Sat., 9/24/05 at 11 am at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel, Bellevue.
