It's hard to think of the Douglas County Referee's office without Pat Cullen. The man was very smart, funny, kind and generous. He was a good friend. At times we just got too busy with our work to connect, but he used to call me every year on my birthday and sing "Happy Birthday" to me! We will miss him very much
