Helen M. Patane Oct 2, 1928 May 6, 2015 Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Nellie Patane; sisters, Mary Vacanti, Rose Cavalieri; nephew, Dr. John Vacanti. Survived by sons, Joel Hahn (Barbara), Victor Hahn (partner, Rick Gobble); daughters, Nicole Jesse (John), Danielle Emsick (Dean); nine grandchildren: Brandon, Maria and Jared Hahn, Andrea, Garrison and Gillian Emsick, Nick, Madeleine and Genevieve Jesse; great-granddaughter, Melody Emsick; nephews and nieces: Joseph and Chris Vacanti, Anthony and Terry Vacanti, Mark and Debbie Cavalieri, Gregory Cavalieri. The family will receive friends Friday, May 8th, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7:30pm at the church. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Saturday, May 9th at 10 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials will be directed by the family.
