Survived by his parents: Doug and Sharon Packard, siblings: Joshua, Stephanie, and Nathan, grandmother: Alice Packard, all of Omaha; grandparents: Paul and Sheila Marsh, San Diego, CA; Many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
SERVICES Monday, 10:00 a.m., Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 11027 Martha St. Interment Forest Lawn. VISITATION from 2:00 p.m., Sunday, with family receiving friends 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel.
