RATEKIN-Randall D., age 50 years, of Valley, NE, passed away on Saturday, October 13th while elk hunting in Montrose, Colorado. Randy was doing what he loved, as he always did. Loving husband, son and dad, Randy’s life was devoted to his family and friends. Randy is survived by his wife Carol, daughters Leslie and Cassie, stepsons Joshua and Brian, his endless list of friends and, of course, his dogs. Special mention goes to the Werner family for everything they have meant to Randy and his family. Services will be held at the Werner Valley Lodge in Valley, NE on Thursday, October 18th at 3 PM.
