SCHNEIDER, Robert J., Mar 6, 1931 Apr 26, 2011. Age 80. Died in Rocklin CA; born in Omaha, NE. Served in the Army during the Korean War. Bob was a lifelong railroader, retiring from the D&RG Railroad. Preceded in death by wife Agnes (O’Gorman); son Timothy; parents Kurt and Anna (Stanek) Schneider; sister Mildred Koubsky; brother Harold. Survived by brother Jerald (Pat) Schneider of Glendora, CA; sister Alice Slovek of Littleton, CO; numerous nieces and nephews. FAMILY VISITATION Thursday May 5th from 4-6:30pm with Wake Service at 6:30pm all at the West Center Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICES Friday May 6th at 10am at Assumption Catholic Church 22nd & U St. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Military Honors by American Legion Post #374 and VFW 8334. Memorials suggested to Assumption Catholic Church or South High Alumni Association.
