Survived by wife, Patty Dutcher; son, Richard Dutcher (Corey) of Omaha; daughter, Regina Appletoft (Shawn) of Arizona; mother, Rose Dutcher of Omaha; many grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 8th from 7:30pm to 9pm, and Friday, May 9th from 11am to 1pm, all at the West Center Chapel. MEMORIAL SERVICE Friday, May 9th at 1pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by military rites by Benson VFW Post 2503. Memorials are suggested to Tangier Shrine.
