Sullivan III; sister, Mary Jane Hazelton. Survived by wife, Louise Sullivan; daughter, Kathleen Sullivan McCoy and husband Thomas; son, Roy Sullivan and wife Dorothy; grandchildren: Sara Sullivan, Michael Sullivan and Thomas D. Sullivan IV; daughter-in-law, Pat Sullivan; sister-in-law, Mary Mersman; nieces: Mary Louise Spurlock, Wilma Denton and husband, Dr. Charles Denton; other nieces and nephews. VISITATION begins Sunday, 3pm with VIGIL SERVICE to follow at 6pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, 1pm, West Center Chapel to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church for MASS at 1:30pm. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
