William R. “BIll” Stewart Jr.

Bill “Jr.” Stewart, 51 of Missouri Valley Iowa, formerly of St. Joseph, Missouri, died on Tuesday, November 1, 2012 at Community Memorial Hospital in Missouri Valley, Iowa. Bill Jr. was born October 17, 1961 in St. Joseph, Missouri to parents William R. Stewart Sr. and Sarah (Jennings) Stewart. Bill Jr. was a graduate of Benton High School in St. Joseph, Missouri. While in high school, he was a member of R.O.T.C. He moved to Missouri Valley in 1987 to be near two of his sisters. He worked at Cross Roads of Western Iowa nearly 20 years. Bill Jr. enjoyed his computer and making Greeting Cards on it to send to his family. He never missed sending one on their Birthdays and Holidays. He Loved to Kid and to be kidded. Despite his physical problems, Bill enjoyed Life to the Fullest. He loved putting together model cars, and listening to country music and watching old movies. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Brother John, Nephew R.C. O’Dell Jr., Aunt Ruby Madden (his Aunt he lived many years with.) and several Uncles. Survivors include Sisters Mary(Gary)Weldon of Moorhead, Iowa, Alice(Stan)Gibson of Davenport, Iowa, Cathy (Doug) Smith of Missouri Valley, Iowa, Jeannette (Dave) Adams of St. Joseph, Missouri, Brother James Stewart of Davenport, Iowa., many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews, Very Special Friend – Patty Stevens , His Roommate – Jack Yutesler and All of his Fellow Workers at Crossroads of Western Iowa.
