Preceded in death by parents, Bernard and Catherine Birkel; brothers, James and Richard Birkel. Survived by nine nieces and nephews; many grandnieces and grandnephews.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, June 7th at 10am at St. Peter Catholic Church, 2706 Leavenworth. Interment: Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Peter Catholic Church.
