She was preceded in death by her husband, John; mother, Alice VonTersch; brothers, William and Richard Brooks; sister, Rose Victoria; great- grandson, C.J. Haase. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Haase (Michael); father, Bernard VonTersch; brothers: Joseph, Michael and Tom Brooks; sister, Sandra Brooks; grandchildren: Steven, Christopher and Misti; 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews
Family will receive friends Friday, September 9th, from 5-7PM at West Center Chapel
Mass of Christian Burial: Saturday, September 10th, 10:30AM at Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit (520 S 18th St, Plattsmouth, NE)
Interment: Calvary
Memorials may be directed to the family.

My aunt Sally was an amazing woman. She would do anything for anyone. She will be missed a lot. My aunt helped raise me and I appreciate her. Love you so much aunt Sally
I remember looking up to Aunt Sally as I grew up. I wanted to be a RN just like her. I remember staying at her house as a kid, playing in the basement with Shelly. And the camping trips to Lake okoboji. We would ride up in the back of the pick up truck with a camper shell on it. Rented paddle boats and swam and rented the jet skis. She sure knew exactly how to have fun. Remember helping her take care of Louise in the summer time. So many great memories of her! I will miss her so much!! My heart goes out to you, and I wish you nothing but comfort and strength It’s never goodbye, it’s see you later ❤️
