Ace Michael Moudy
August 21, 2017 – April 6, 2019
Ace Michael Moudy, 19 months, passed away peacefully on the morning of Saturday, April 6th, at his home in Papillion, Nebraska.
Ace was born on August 21, 2017, in Omaha, Nebraska, to his parents, Mike and Megan Moudy. Ace was an incredibly happy, loving and affectionate boy who left a smile on the face of every person he met and filled the hearts of his family with immense joy.
A huge fan of his mom’s cell phone, mandarin oranges and ice cream, warm hugs, “Man Days” with his daddy, spending time at the bounce house with his favorite cousins (Gunnar, Brooks, and Truitt), blowing kisses and saying “muahhhh” to pretty girls, getting written up at daycare for being overly aggressive, dancing to his favorite songs on his Bluetooth speaker, stomping his feet to “Peanut Butter Jelly Time”, chasing after his cousin Brooks while he ran away yelling “No Ace! Naughty!”, hitting golf balls in his front yard, going for long walks to the playground with his mommy and daddy, giving unexpected hugs when someone was holding him, saying “Hi” over and over, smacking someone in the face and having the biggest smile as he was doing it, saying “grammy”, “papa”, “dada” and “mama”, and so many other things.
Ace leaves behind an incredible number of people whose lives he impacted so positively. He continues to shine his beautiful light down on all of those he loved, and he will continue to live on in our hearts for eternity.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 13th from 10am to 11am at the West Center Chapel, followed by SERVICES at 11am. In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations to the Ace Michael Moudy Memorial Fund.

Megan and family, the grief in your hearts must be very heavy. It is easy to see that your son was very loved. He sounds to have been a very happy child and was only able to do so because of the parents and family you are. Every second was a blessing for you and for him. I am so very sorry for your tremendous loss.
May god bless you and your family. I am so grateful I got tje pleasure of taking care of ace for a little while. He will always be in my thoughts. Love. Miss Dawn
Michael Moudy was such an outstanding student, athlete & friend at DCHS- we can only imagine that his son named “Ace Michael” had to also be one of a kind. Sometimes God’s smallest, sweetest blessings don’t seem to last long enough but the memories are 100 times more precious. May his smile live in your hearts forever knowing he is now in the arms of Jesus. We love you all and care and pray for healing…

Mike, when I visited the ADP office today, I learned about your great loss. Please accept our deepest sympathy. I remember when Ace was born, hearing that you were in love with being a dad to that special little boy. How lucky Ace was to have been loved by you and Megan. You are in our continued prayers.
