Mary Ann, Bob, Laura, Joan, John and Lynda,
It’s been years since I’ve seen or visited with any of you, but my dad watches the World Herald and called me yesterday with the sad news of your great husband and father. I spent so many days, evening and lathe nights at the Drawing Room and then onto the Top of the World and learned a lot from Al. He was a great guy and always treated people well even when so of us pushed him to the edge. It’s really hard to believe that all started over 45 years ago.
I’m sad to say I’m working in Western NE today but will be in Omaha tomorrow. I wish I could have stopped by this afternoon to see all of you.
May God walk with you and help you through your loss.

My deepest sympathy to the Caniglia family and friends. I worked for Al at the Drawing Room and Top of the World for most of my high school and early college life. They made work like my second family.
