Alice Joyce Gibilisco

December 26, 1924 – May 13, 2018

Age 93 of Omaha, NE. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and cousin passed away peacefully in her sleep at Esprit Whispering Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care in Omaha. Alice was born in Omaha to George and Christine Kline. She grew up in Omaha and married the love of her life, John Gibilisco, on April 30, 1942. She enjoyed staying home and raising her family for many years. She loved to cook and believed good cooking was about love and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sister, Margaret Slobotski. She is survived by daughters, Diane Larson and Linda Gardner; son and daughter-in-law; Chuck Gibilisco and Mary Carr; grandchildren: John Urzedowski, Debra Primus and husband Roger, James Urzedowski and wife Judy, Sara Thomas and husband Jamie, Becky Gardner, John Gardner; 14 great- grandchildren; many other dear friends and family members.

VISITATION:  Wednesday, May 16th from 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel.  MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL:  Thursday, May 17th at 10:30am at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Humane Society.
