Alison Ann Allison

Alison Ann Allison

July 3, 1987 – December 4, 2023

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our sweet Alison, a loving friend, cousin, aunt, granddaughter, daughter, sister, wife and most importantly, mother.

She was a beacon of light that filled every room, with her infectious smile, and a laugh you could not refuse. Alison was born to Scott and Teri Klavins, the third of five children, where her deep sense of devotion and love to her family started.

That love blossomed and grew infinitely when she met the love of her life, Mark, in 2011, and they were married in 2015. Ali wanted nothing more in this world than a family of her own. Her ultimate dream was to be a wife and mother. That dream came true with the birth of their daughter, Marley Ann Marie, in 2021.

Alison wore her heart on her sleeve with a smile on her face; beaming with joy and was truly in love with life. Rooted in her faith in Jesus, she knew she was truly blessed and in turn was endless in blessing others; making sure they felt the same love and joy she experienced.

Joined in heaven by grandfather, George Klavins; and grandfather and grandmother, Robert and Karen McKeone. Alison is survived by her loving husband, Mark; her daughter, Marley; fur babies, Boss and Bandit; mother and father, Teri and Scott Klavins; siblings: Ashley (Andrew) Hickson, Erin (Marcus) Hilario, Andrew Klavins, and Colin (Catherine) Klavins; nieces: Isabella, Alleyna, Avery, Ruby, Lucy, and Amelia; nephews: Aden, Marcus Jr., and Evan; Grandma Ann Marie Klavins; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Visitation begins Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the West Center Chapel, with A Celebration of Alison’s Life, Monday, December 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church, 420 N. 204th St,  Elkhorn, NE.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested to the Marley Allison Education Fund.

This hit me so hard…my heart hurts with the loss of such a wonderful human.
I had the pleasure of meeting Alison after I was hired at Methodist.
As Texas girl, freshly moved to chilly Nebraska I was extremely excited to have a fellow GB Packer fan working with me.
Little did I know I was going to be paired as triage nurse to Dr. Jacobi and work with Alison.
We worked through the pandemic and after together.
Alison came to me one morning asking me to draw her blood, as she thought she could be pregnant.
I shared her excitement and once the blood levels came back positive…the rest is history. Alison’s mini me, Marley came into this world and Alison was beyond excited to be a mom.
I moved back to Texas but still have stayed in touch with Alison through snap chat. I looked forward to her daily snaps. She was ALWAYS happy and laughing. ❤
My deepest condolences. Lifting the entire family up in thoughts and prayers.

The memories I have with Alison in high school are some of the best of my life. My mom died our senior year and she is one of the few people who went on to be a true and loyal friend to me, and loved me through many dark moments. To know her is to love her and this is a profound loss for many. Prayers for peace and clarity in the coming days and years for all who lost someone, but for specially Marley.
