Alvino was my next door neighbor when I moved into my home in 1999. The first Christmas in my home he came over and brought me tamales. He and Marie were great neighbors. I would go over occasionally for Husker football games on his deck. I was so sorry to hear this. Thoughts and prayers to Marie, his children and extended family

My condolences to my tia Marie and my cousins kike and Jessica. My niño/tió Alvino will be greatly missed. This was so unexpected and my heart aches for my family. The family has been through so much in a short amount of time. I wish we could have made a trip sooner. I love my tió so much and I will miss him even more along with my mom Emily, tiá Ruby, and tió Domingo. He was such a jokester and always made us laugh. He had such a big heart and his door was always for us. He wasn’t just my tió he was also my niño to me and my daughter Esperanza. I just still can’t believe this has happened. Tiá I’m so sorry for your loss. Kike and Jess I love you guys so much. I’ll see you soon. Your family will be in my prayers. God bless
