Survived by wife of 64 years, Bonnie M. Fransen; 3 daughters: Joyce Fransen, Sheila Forchtner and husband Fred, Vickie Minor and friend, Stu Grimes; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters: Ruth Lempke, Gladys Park, Dorothy Hubbard, Florence Fleetwood. Services Friday, 1:00 p.m., West Center Chapel. Interment, Evergreen Cemetery with full military honors by Benson VFW Post 2503. Memorials to American Cancer Society or Make-A-Wish Foundation. Visitation from 3:00 p.m. Thursday, with family receiving friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the West Center Chapel.
