Barbara R. (Carleman) Lieberknecht

Sep 14, 1928 – Feb 13, 2018

Preceded in death by parents, Gunnar and Lois Carleman; brother, Jack Carleman.  Survived by husband, Don; daughters, Melissa Noonan (Joe) and Lori Herwig (Bob); grandchildren: Brittany Buch (Jeff), Ryan Noonan (Maggie), and Hunter Herwig; great-grandson, Harrison Buch.

The family will receive friends on Friday, Feb. 16th from 2pm to 3:30pm at the West Center Chapel.  VISITATION on Saturday, Feb. 17th at 10am at Morning Star Lutheran Church, 331 S. 85th Ave., followed by SERVICES at 11am at the church.  Family and friends to go in procession to Pleasant Hill Cemetery at 1:30pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Morning Star Lutheran Church, VNA Hospice, or your choice of charity.

    I am sorry for your loss. The heart that Barb had for others is a rare gift to the many people who knew her and have been blessed by her. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

    So sorry for your loss. Barb was a beautiful person inside and out. She and our Mom were dear friends for as long as I can remember. Keeping you and your family in my thought and prayers.
