Beryl B. Wagner

November 28, 1925 – June 10, 2022

Preceded in death by parents, Cleo and Edwin Bigbee; brother, Billy Bigbee; sister-in-law, Shirley Bigbee; nephew, Bill Bigbee, ex-husband, A. W. Wagner; wife-in-law, Nancy Wagner; son, Mark Wagner; son-in-law, Mike Gorges; grandson, Mat Gorges.  Survived by daughter, Linda Gorges; granddaughter, Nikki Lecuona (Fred); great-grandchildren: Maddie, J.R., and Izzy Lecuona; niece-in-law, Ty Bigbee; nephew, Tom Bigbee (Donna); grandniece, Kelly Bolser (Troy) and their children; good friends, January Rohde (Joel) and Kathleen Heine.

Born in Cameron, Texas, Beryl lived in many Texas cities including Galveston, Palestine, and Houston.  In 1984 she moved from Houston to Omaha to be closer to her daughter Linda and family.  She had a successful real estate career well into her sixties, then worked another ten years in retail.  When Beryl was young, she loved to travel, fish, and hunt.  She loved to play cards and games of all kinds where, of course, she always had to win!  She also loved small dogs she could carry around and have sit in her lap.  Beryl lived a very long, full and, for the most part, happy life.  She will be very missed and remembered always for her very sassy yet loving spirit.
