Preceded in death by parents, Frederick and Mary Rahn. Survived by husband of 52 years, Bob Reed; sons, Rob (Stacie) and Tim (Mindy); sister, Mary Louise Tunning; brother, Terry Rahn; grandchildren: Mary Beth, Anna, Madeline, Allen, Josie, Abby, Maggie, and Charlie; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 5th, from 4 pm to 7 pm at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7 pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL on Saturday, January 6th, at 10:30 am at St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Family interment following luncheon. Memorials to: Duchesne Academy; Institute for Priestly Formation; St. Robert Bellarmine Church; Creighton Prep; or Creighton University.

    Betsy was a beacon of light when she walked into the room. I will remember her smile and grace. the Reed family should be proud of her accomplishments and dedication. May God keep her in His hands and take comfort in knowing she is at peace.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Betsy was such a remarkable lady. I truly enjoyed the time we spent with her in San Francisco a few years ago. Please know our thought and prayers are with you. I know she will be truly missed by so many.

    Our thoughts and prayers have been with you and continue to be with you. We met Betsy in New York, at the First Timers gathering, that she so graciously hosted. She was a beautiful and amazing woman. We are so sorry for your loss, and know she will be missed by many! Love, Brian & Holly
