I am just thinking about her kindness towards me and I have good memories of the short time I once stayed with her and her family.

Greetings from a Westgate, 79th St. Neighbor. I have fond memories of the Mollner Family. I babysat for some of you! My mom, LaVon Felker, enjoyed her friendship with your mother. When my mom, LaVon Felker, turned 85, we requested a Card Shower for her in the OWH. Bettie wrote the most wonderful, long letter to my mom. They shared phone calls until mom was unable to do so. Your mom faithfully sent cards and letters. Her kindness touched our hearts.

Westgate was a good place to grow up. I was an educator for 40 years. I’m convinced there are no better schools in Omaha than District 66.

    With memories and care,

    Jan
