Billy Ray Pipkin

Billy Ray Pipkin, age 70, of Omaha, NE, formerly of Kewanee, MO, passed away February 11, 2020. He was born in Kennett, MO to Mable Curtis Pipkin and the late John William Pipkin. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter, Maureen (Jason) Kiestler of Ripley, TN; brothers, Dennis (Peggy) Pipkin and Dean (Monica) Pipkin both of New Madrid, MO; sister, Karen (Gregg) Jones of Sikeston, MO; his long-time companion in life, Dana Slack of the home; her daughters: Lisa (Kevin) Alff, Laura Slack, Katie (Brett) York, and Mary Ann Slack; 12 grandchildren: Jacob, Dylan, Madelyn, Delayne, Lathan, Logan, Grace, Cole, Allan, Lucy, Emiliano, and Ruby.

Graveside Service and Interment with Military rights: Wednesday February 19, 2020, 11:00 a.m., Omaha National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Disabled American Veterans or the American Heart Association.

    Hi Dana …. Just wanted to extend my deepest sympathies to you, your daughters and grandchildren on Bill’s passing. I had heard a bit on the early morning news and thought the name sounded familiar. Just now came across the notice on Omaha,com. Again, I’m so very sorry for your loss. Maybe you can come visit us all at the Lockbox at Boys Town …. we would love it!
