He is survived by his wife, Lynda; daughter, Suzi Foust (Jesse); son, Greg Mummert; grandchildren, Henry, Lee, Caden and Calvin; mother, Jan Hawkins; brothers, Keith Whited (Kristine) and Rick Whited (Pam); loving dogs, Houston and Tillie.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, December 6th, 4:00PM – 6:00PM at West Center Chapel.
In lieu of Flowers please make an donation to the Open Door Mission in Brian’s name.
