Bridget A. VanHoosier
Bridget passed away peacefully surrounded by her husband and children on Sunday January 21, 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Bridget was born on July 22, 1964 in Port Huron, Michigan to her parents Susan & Dennis Manchester. She married her Husband Jimmy on October 7, 1988. In September of 1990 they moved to LaVista, Nebraska to be closer to Bridget’s mother. Bridget was a home maker who wore many hats. She took care of her mother when she was battling illness, as well as her Aunt Barb years later. She was the best mother her kids could have ever asked for and an amazing wife. She was involved in all of the kids activities and was a Girl Scout leader for many years. Bridget had a smile that could light up any room. She loved going to Bingo, concerts, and just getting out with her daughter any chance she could. Despite all the pain she was going through she kept fighting until the very end. She will forever be loved and missed.
Survived by her Husband Jimmy VanHoosier and two children, Kristina VanHoosier and Jimmy VanHoosier Jr., many friends and loving family members.
Preceded in death by her parents, Dennis L. Manchester and Susan A. Mihalovich.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.

I’m so very sorry for your families loss! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this time of need. Bridget was a warm and caring person. She was a very kind and sweet lady. She will definitely be dearly missed!
