HAYS, Byron G. Bud Jr. Age 86 years 1 month 26 days. Passed away on July 12, 2012 in Omaha, NE. Born May 16, 1926 in St. Joseph, MO. Preceded in death by his parents, Byron G. Hays Sr. and Mary Frances (Priest) Hays, of Kansas City, MO. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Helen M. Hays; children: Donna (John) Snowdon, Gary (Robbin) Hays, and Jan (Steve) Amdor; grandchildren: Andrew, Matthew, and Jeffrey Snowdon, Jared and Lisa Hays, all of Omaha, and Laura Hays of Houston; sister, Barbara Stewart of Claremont, FL; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Tuesday, 10am, St. Paul Lutheran Church, 13271 Millard Ave. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park with military rites by Millard American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334. Memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
