Carmen Vallejo Pinzon

June 17, 1931 – May 23, 2023

Carmen was born June 17,1931 in Kansas City, MO to Phillip and Maria Vallejo. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Dolores Monaghan. She is survived by her children, Dolores of Fresno, CA and Joseph of Kansas City, MO.

Carmen graduated from Redemptorist High School in Kansas City. She worked for the US Department of Labor in Kansas City before transferring to the National Park Service Regional Office in Omaha where she served as an Equal Opportunity Specialist, Manager of the Federal Women’s Program and Hispanic Employment Program. She retired in 1997.

Carmen had a firm commitment to equal opportunity for all people and was a strong advocate of Women’s Rights in the workplace. She touched the lives of many people because of her dedication, and her efforts helped so many throughout her career.

    This woman was my mother she is the worst mother on the face of the earth The way this woman abused me physically and mentally for years lying to me all the time and then also lying to me about the death of her own father and my mother-in-law getting the call saying you told Joe that his grandfather died a year or so ago and she goes so now he’s dying and my this woman Carmen pends on his response with you yeah he’s dying this time if there’s a hell this woman’s in it with her mother piece of crap.
