Joyce and family, we are so sad to hear of Carol Linnea Italia’s passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs
Sad to hear. Carol and I talked over the decades at Guardian Life, getting past the dry insurance business we had to discuss to talk about our love of gardening and travel. Rest In Peace my long friend Carol
I am so sorry for the loss of Carol. She was a good friend since high school We reconnected in the past few years, shared a love of reading and stories about family. She loved her sisters, sons and granddaughter so much. I will miss her presence in this life. Prayers for all who loved her. ❤️
My heartfelt condolences go out to all of Carol’s family and friends. She was beautiful in high school and throughout her life. She always brought the best out in people and had the best sense of humor! We were proud Mighty Bunnies together, class of ’71.
Prayers to Friends and Family
My heart goes out to Carol’s family at this time of unexpected, deep loss. Carol and I met in 10th grade. She was my forever friend since that time and loved her family very deeply. I will miss her warmth and her effervescent humor. Sending prayers to all who loved and knew her.
The 7 nieces and nephews (plus spouses) and the 19 great nieces and nephews on the Italia side would like to offer our condolences to Mike, Nick, Kate, and Lily. Whenever any of us would run into Aunt Carol around town we were always greeted with warm hugs and big smiles. We loved our Aunt Carol and will miss her. May her soul rest in God’s love.
Our Prayers are with you.
Much love to you and your family Joyce as you memorialize and celebrate the special life and gifts your daughter Carol has shared with so many.
Sorry to hear of Carol’s passing so young! She lived 3 houses up the hill from me on North 16th Street in Marshalltown. We hung out together often in the neighborhood and walked to school together, picking up others along the way. We had quite a group by the time we got to school! I lost track of her years ago but have thought of her often and wondered how she was. She was beautiful inside and out. I miss her.
