INGALISE, Carol M. Dec 7, 1922 Oct 1, 2014 Carol Marie Ingalise, age 91, of Springdale, AR, passed away peacefully on Oct 1, 2014. Carol was a long-time resident of Omaha, from 1943 to 2013. She was born on December 7, 1922 in Cleveland, OH to Italian parents, Vincinzo and Santa (Riccardello) Amato. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred A. Ingalise in 1974, and is survived by five children: James R. Ingalise, Cheryl M. Kirksey (spouse, Larry), Sandra J. Wilz (spouse, Ted), Sam J. Ingalise (spouse, Sandy), and Fred A. Ingalise, Jr.; 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; beloved pets, Jessie, Bella and Shorty. A devoted Catholic, Carol was a member of St Cecilia Cathedral in Omaha since 1969. Until the age of 65 Carol would walk miles to daily Mass, and she continued to worship, praise and love the Lord for the remainder of her life. Her granddaughter, Michelle Wallace, lovingly cared for her the last year of her life, making it the most peaceful and wonderful year. We are eternally grateful for her supreme care and dedication. Special thank you to Gene Wallace and all of their family for their care. Very special recognition is extended to her loving friend, caregiver, and CNA, Virginia Bennett. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 5th from 4pm to 7pm with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Monday, October 6th, 9:30am, West Center Chapel to St. Cecilia Cathedral, 701 N. 40th St., for MASS at 10am, followed by burial beside her husband at Calvary Cemetery.
