    Ray and family,

It was my pleasure to meet Ann through the Dundee Garden Club. She was always so kind. I fondly remember getting a hand written note from her following our Christmas party. It was so kind and so unexpected, but so in Character for Ann.

Our entire club sends condolences and will miss Ann.

I am one of Mrs. Boice’s students from Haig school. I am incredibly sad to hear of her passing. I am now a high school business teacher. She inspired my love of reading and I continue to use the knowledge of diagraming sentences in my own classroom. She showed love to all of her students and treated everyone with respect. I am sending love to her family during this time.

I also had Mrs. Boice at Haig school. I often think about her. She is the reason I love grammar and reading so much. Now, I am teaching English in Germany and will forever call on her memory when I think about what an excellent teacher she was. My thoughts are with her family during this time.

I was a student at Haig School and had the privilege of being a student of Mrs. Boice. I have some wonderful memories of being in her class. I attribute my love of reading to her. Her example as a teacher inspired me to become one too. I am forever grateful for her. My deepest condolences… your family is in my prayers.
