Kaye and I had so much in common, the love for Jerrell and Jen and Jack and Josie. We both wanted to be grandma so much, and she did it so well. I was fortunate to spend last Thanksgiving with Kaye and Bernie and Jerrell’s family in Raleigh . I remember my first meeting the Kros family at Embassy Suites in Omaha. My family is small and I had prayed that Jerrell would marry a girl with a big, loving family. My did that prayer get answered. My condolences to each and every one of you.

I was so happy to be able to attend the Funeral Mass for Kaye today from Michigan. She was a dear lady and I was fortunate to get to know her over many visits to Michigan over the past 2 decades. She will be missed but has surely left an amazing legacy. Rest In Peace Kaye.
