Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Mary K. and Dr. John J. Fitzpatrick; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Heine; grandchildren and spouses: Mary Graft (William), Jeanne Baker (Dr. Jeff), Dr. Ellen Fitzpatrick, Dr. Anne Fitzpatrick (Mitch Krueger), Dr. Elizabeth Fitzpatrick (Carlos Noel), Thomas Fitzpatrick, Dr. Carl Heine III, John Heine, Christine Kuhlman (Gerry); 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Rose Kulceski.
