Survived by mother, Jean Pierce (Doug); father, Tom Lang (Marcia); brothers, Eric Lang (Becky) and Matt Lang; niece and nephew, Alyssa and William Lang; grandma, Pat Honer; and many friends. Preceded in death by siblings, Justin and Laura Lang.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, December 14th at 11am, at West Center Chapel. Memorials may be directed to the family.

I will always remember Chad’s friendly face and fun loving personality. Peace, love, and comfort to all of Chad’s family members and friends.

I just learned today of Chad’s passing. Sad news that I did not enjoy hearing. I worked with Chad at Hy-Vee on 90th and Center for about 8 years. I always found him to be upbeat and it was a pleasure to spend time with him. I recently was looking through some pictures on my laptop to organize them. Chad had participated in a half marathon along with my son Ryan, who had run the same event. Ryan had also worked with Chad at HV. I was watching the race and as Chad ran by me, I took several pictures of his smiling face and he gave me a thumbs up. Chad finished the long run and was proud that he had done so. I am glad that I had snapped his picture and had an opportunity to be part of his world. I wish that I had been a bigger part of his life and for a longer time. He was gone too soon.
